4. User Obligations

Violation may result in suspension or termination and legal action where applicable.

are the exclusive intellectual property of Salsa Madras and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian laws.

6. Registration and Accounts

Where registration is required:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • You accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Salsa Madras shall not be liable for unauthorized use due to user negligence

Accounts may be terminated without notice for violations.

7. Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways

  • Salsa Madras does not store sensitive financial data

Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing

  • Missed classes due to personal reasons shall not be refunded or carried forward

  • Salsa Madras reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons

Any exception shall be at the sole discretion of Salsa Madras.

8. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk

Dance involves physical exertion and risk.

By enrolling or participating, you:

  • Confirm that you are medically fit

  • Voluntarily assume all risks of injury

  • Agree that Salsa Madras shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications, except in cases of proven gross negligence

Participants are responsible for disclosing medical conditions.

9. Photography, Videography & Media Rights

By attending classes or events, you grant Salsa Madras the right to:

  • Capture photos/videos

  • Use such media for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes

This consent is irrevocable unless withdrawn in writing prior to participation.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit content:

  • You warrant ownership or lawful rights

  • You grant Salsa Madras a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such content

  • We reserve the right to remove content without notice

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Salsa Madras has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their content, practices, or policies.

12. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted under Indian law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under Indian law:
